behaviour beats pills

i had a fever and a cold.. mom and wifey said to go to doc.. i refused and said it's not worthy.. fever lasts just 3 days and cold max 7 days.. my behaviour towards these things makes me comfortable more than the pills.. similarly this is about insomnia.. just see how this is curable without the pill >>
